General principles

These terms apply to all import and export transactions of cobblestones and supporting garden landscape stones on this site, and are generally implemented for purchasing customers from all over the world. 1. Quotation, price validity period and adjustment mechanism

2. Transaction basis: The prices, brochures, project cases and technical parameters displayed on the website are for commercial reference only. The final transaction price, specifications and trade terms (such as FOB, CFR, CIF, etc.) shall be subject to the offline Proforma Invoice (PI) officially signed and sealed by both parties.

3. Price fluctuation and validity period: In view of the volatility of natural stone block mining costs, international shipping charges, cross-border exchange rates and foreign trade tax policies, the regular quotation is valid for 7 calendar days. 2. Purchase minimum order quantity (MOQ)

The amount actually received in our account must be exactly the same as the amount agreed upon by PI.

5. Liability for overdue breach of contract: If the purchaser fails to pay the balance on time, we have the right to suspend shipments, retain the goods, or unilaterally cancel the order. The resulting port warehousing fees, container detention fees, demurrage fees and all related commercial losses will be fully borne by the purchaser.

4. Sample application and natural attribute declaration

2. Pay your own freight: The international express charges (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) incurred for sample transportation shall be prepaid by the purchaser in advance or provide its own express delivery account number. Disclaimer of natural differences: The samples sent are only for reference of material, structure and approximate color. 5. Production cycle and force majeure exemption

1. Order arrangement mechanism: The production cycle and delivery time limit are strictly calculated from the date when the advance deposit actually arrives in our bank account. We will not start any production, order arrangement and raw material preparation processes before receiving the advance deposit.

2. Delivery time: The delivery cycle of spot goods is usually 3-7 working days; For large-volume container orders, special engineering customized specifications, or goods requiring special processing techniques (such as proprietary surface texture treatment), the delivery cycle is generally 7-15 working days, specifically specified in the proforma invoice (PI).

3. Force majeure clause: In the event of production delays, port detention or delivery delays caused by force majeure factors such as changes in the geological structure of mines, extreme severe weather, national environmental protection inspections, customs system emergency control, temporary port jumping/shortage of containers by international shipowners, strikes, wars and natural disasters, we are exempt from liability for breach of contract in accordance with the law, but will promptly notify the purchaser of the progress and provide necessary assistance.

6. International heavy-duty packaging standards

1. 3. Product quality acceptance and tolerance classification standards

8. Logistics customs clearance and risk transfer division

1.Domestic rights and responsibilities: Under the standard FOB terminology, we are responsible for all processes and expenses within China, including: product production quality inspection, export packaging and fumigation, domestic inland transportation to the port, customs declaration at the large ship container yard, and arrangement for loading.

2. Overseas risk and expense transfer: According to the Incoterms 2020 standard, after the goods cross the ship's rail (or are loaded into the cabin) at the port of shipment, the subsequent costs and potential risks of all overseas links, including international ocean transportation, customs clearance at the destination port, payment of import duties and VAT, customs inspection, port ground charges, local inland delivery, and loading and unloading at the construction site, are fully borne by the purchaser.

3. Cargo damage assistance: Any cargo lost, overturned or broken due to wind, waves, sea damage, cargo hold accidents, etc. during the ocean voyage will be assessed and compensated by the shipping company or the freight insurance agency purchased by the buyer. We will actively cooperate and assist the purchaser in collecting evidence (such as providing factory packing photos, overloading orders, etc.), but we will not assume direct or joint liability for damage to the goods.

9. Order changes, cancellations and after-sales claims

1. No return or exchange: In view of the extremely specific and customized nature of stone engineering orders, and serious quality defects not caused by our processing errors, once the bulk goods are sold, no returns, exchanges, refunds or refusals to pay the balance will be processed.

2. The buyer is exempted from liability for personal reasons: Due to the buyer's personal reasons such as project adjustments, budget cuts, unsalable market conditions, errors in drawing size estimates, etc., the buyer cannot apply to cancel or change the order.

3. Order lock: Once the goods are put into the factory production line for cutting, or have been packed and shipped, the order is completely locked and cannot be canceled or changed.

4. Handling our mistakes: If within the 7-day acceptance period after arrival at the port, there is conclusive evidence proving serious defects such as serious non-compliance with specifications and large-scale material fractures caused by our production errors, we will be responsible for providing free redo replenishment based on the principle of long-term cooperation, deducting the payment for subsequent containers, or negotiating a partial refund between the two parties.

5. Punishment for malicious abandonment of orders: If the purchaser commits any malicious breach of contract such as abandoning the order without reason or refusing to pay the balance, we have the right to directly confiscate all 30% of the deposit, and reserve the right to pursue its remaining economic losses and legal liabilities under the global commercial framework and China's foreign trade laws.

10. Intellectual property rights, exclusive processes and commercial confidentiality

1. Intellectual property protection: All product high-definition pictures, project case videos, proprietary marketing copy, and Specific stone series exclusively developed and named by us (including but not limited to specific technology-named processing surfaces, proprietary color names such as Crystal Ink Black, Starry Emerald, etc.), all belong to our company’s core goodwill and intellectual property rights. 2. We strictly implement internal encryption and confidentiality mechanisms and will never disclose them to any third party unrelated to the performance of the transaction.

11. Customer Service Response Timeliness (SLA)

We promise to respond to online inquiries, order status tracking, sample applications, logistics document verification and after-sales quality feedback submitted by global buyers. 12. Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution
